It shows that trade or business in accordance with Islamic law has been practiced by the Companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam when the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi wasallam was still alive. Provisions of Islamic law in commerce (business) to organize and keep all parties involved in a business not hurt each other.
Businesses that were once small-scale and traditional methods, has now changed.Business methods had been developed in line with developments in technology and science. Unfortunately such developments are sometimes out of the rail Shari'ah, even until there is a very long way or the opposite.
Fraud, deception and usury practices in the business world as though it is common after replacement with a new outfit or a stunning polished reasons. Religious rules of doing business has been negligible. Look, the illicit goods for sale in busy public places, either openly or covertly, began selling low-value to the expensive. Cigarettes, the indulgence inlust syaithâniyyah VCD to sell the common man known as 'human trafficking'. Though the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said clearly and unequivocally, that means:
"Verily, if Allah SWT forbid something,
then Allah SWT also forbids the sale. "
(Hadist by Abu Dawud and Ahmad)
On the sale of Man, Imam al-Bukhari narrated that rahimahullah Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihiwa sallam said, which means:
"From Abu Hurairah radhiyallâhu'anhu, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said,
"Allah the Exalted says, 'The three groups that I would become their enemy on the Day of Resurrection;
The first: a man swear on my name and he did not keep it,
The second: a person who sells a free man and take the proceeds,
and third: a person who hired a worker who has completed the work,
but he did not pay his wages' "
This is among the provisions of Shari'ah in the sale are often violated by the businessmen. This suggests that the fear of the business to Allah SWT is very thin.Knowingly or not, this is an indicator of widespread understanding of secularism in society. Religious rules no longer taken into account in running the trade. Target them, how to achieve goals and can obtain the coffers of huge profits, without regard to the legality of transactions.
If the transaction is a means to obtain this property is not valid, then it is likely the result'hot money' that will endanger the lives of families in particular, and society generally. What does it mean that only the rich treasure will bring unparalleled suffering.Islam as a divine religion, have laid the foundations that guarantee the rights of businesses, both sellers and buyers, creditors and debtors. Honesty is the brand of Muslim businessmen should not be ruled out. Blessing will accompany business people who put honesty in the business arena as well stick with the basic guidelines set Shari'ah, both large-scale businesses and small-scale.
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said:
"The seller and buyer in a state khiyâr before parting. If they are both honest and explained that they are endowed commerce. If you lie and hide, will dihilanglah their blessing. "(Hadist by al-Bukhari)
Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wasallam also said:"
An honest and reliable business will be collected along with the prophets, and martyrs shiddiqîn. "(Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud)
Finally, we pray to Almighty Allah, may Allah SWT always provide convenience to us all for good luck trying to find a halal.(Editorial: Magazine Sunnah 09/Tahun XIII Edition)
